I see that Caller type you have Dept Collector, so I am going to use my wisdom and knowledge of the English language and assume that the label should be Debt Collector. With that being said I will move on. I returned the call and a girl name Tina answered. She explained that this number is used for credit card payments that are overdue for Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Hang ups should not be experienced. She recommended calling the number on the back of the credit card to file a complaint and to see if you have a payment that is passed due.

they know my visa number and my name right when i call them. They told me that they would send me some free gas card and stuff to read and i could cancel it when it came. They said 1-5 business days and i haven't gotten it and they wont help me. They are going to charge my visa card when i told them no. And the original company of the place i bought the product from said that they didn't know what i was talking about.
